Hurricane warning issued for Mexico ahead of Bud

The Miami-based agency said early Friday the storm was packing sustained winds of 115 mph making it a Category 3 storm and was centered about 170 miles (274 kilometers) southwest of Manzanillo and moving north-northeast at 10 mph (17 kph).
